Your request is reviewed and matched with an available tutor. The tutor accepts the request, and you'll be notified with the session details. You can track all your upcoming and past sessions from your dashboard.
Yes, you can cancel an upcoming session from your dashboard. We recommend cancelling as early as possible so the tutor can adjust their schedule.
Sessions are online by default, delivered over video call so students can learn from anywhere. In-person sessions may be available in specific cities — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible in your area.
We support most university majors (engineering, computer science, business, math, physics, chemistry, biology) and school subjects across multiple curricula. If you don't see your subject listed when requesting a session, contact us and we'll try to match you with a tutor.
Every tutor goes through a manual verification process. We review transcripts, CVs, and official ID, and require university tutors to meet GPA thresholds. Most also complete an interview or introduction video before being approved — so you only see qualified tutors.
University tutors need a minimum GPA of 3.2–3.5 (or equivalent), valid transcripts, a CV, and an ID. School tutors must be university students or graduates with relevant transcripts. All tutors go through a verification process before being approved.
Most applications are reviewed within a few days. You'll receive a notification once your application is approved or if we need additional information.
Once approved, you'll receive session requests based on your subjects, availability, and expertise. You can accept or decline requests from your tutor dashboard.
Students purchase session packages through the platform. Payment details and available packages are visible after creating an account. You can also contact us for custom arrangements.
