— How it works

From sign-up to your first session, in three moves.

Java Assistant is a private tutoring platform that matches university and school students with verified one-on-one tutors across 9 countries — in English or Arabic. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you sign up.

  1. Minute 1

    Create your account

Sign up as a student or apply as a tutor. Tell us your country, university or school system, and the subjects you need help with.

Students complete a short academic profile so we can match on curriculum, course level, and language. Tutors upload transcripts, CV, and ID — every application is reviewed by our team before approval.

  2. Minutes later

Get matched with the right tutor

Submit a session request. We match you with a verified tutor based on subject, university, language, and availability — not a random pick from a marketplace.

Matching runs on real academic data: curriculum alignment, course-level expertise, and language preference — English, Arabic, or a mix. If you've had a great tutor before, request them again anytime.

  3. Same week

    Meet online and start learning

Your tutor confirms the session and meets you over video call. Sessions are tracked, logged by the hour, and rated — so you always know what you're getting.

Java Assistant runs across 9 countries — Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, the USA, France, and Italy. Every session is reviewed and admins monitor quality, keeping tutors accountable.
