01 · Why it works
We match by course code, not subject.
American University of Sharjah students tell us the exact course they're taking — syllabus number, semester, instructor if they have it. We use it to find a tutor who knows that material, so your first session starts from your syllabus instead of the basics.
Exam week? Submit a session request and flag the deadline. Our review team prioritises time-sensitive bookings so you don't wait in a queue when your exam is Thursday.
02 · How a session runs
Sessions logged by the hour. Rated afterwards.
Each session starts with a shared video link, runs on your schedule, and is logged by the hour so you can see exactly what you used. You rate the tutor afterwards — and if a session wasn't right, tell us and our team will look into it. Re-request the same American University of Sharjah tutor next time with one click.
You pay for the time you use. Not the time a platform thinks looks good on an invoice.
03 · How tutors are checked
Reviewed before you ever meet them.
Grades checked
University tutors need a GPA of 3.2–3.5 or the equivalent, confirmed against their transcript.
Identity and CV
Our team reviews every tutor's official ID and CV by hand before approval.
Interview or video
Each tutor is interviewed or records an introduction video for our team.
Every session rated
Sessions are logged and rated, and our team follows up on anything below standard.
